使用灌装机时的注意事项

In the maintenance of the filling machine, only we have done a good job, and the filling machine will faithfully serve our best condition for a long time. Although the functions of the filling machine are quite different, the common sense of daily maintenance is basically the same. It is recommended that you do the following work in daily maintenance:

　　 First of all, it usually takes half a year to replace the lubricating oil of the filling machine. If the time is too short, it is a waste to be replaced. If the time is too long, it will cause harm to the body. Replace each filling machine. However, operators also need time to be flexible to change the oil filling machine.

　　Second, because the filling machine needs to be lifted or rotated during operation, the operator should always check the relevant parts. If there is any abnormality, the repair should be stopped and the filling machine should not be brought to work. In addition, each screw on the filling machine also needs to be checked regularly by the operator. If the loose screw is found, it should be tightened in time, and if the screw is damaged or falling off, it should be replaced in time.

　　 Third, in order to ensure the cleanliness of the filling machine, every day after the work, we must first do a good job of cleaning materials, and then do a good job of cleaning and sanitation. To keep the surface of the machine free of debris, the electronic control cabinet should be cleaned regularly. But be sure to use a dry cloth to clean the motor or circuit.
